Erskine Mayo Ross
Erskine Mayo Ross (1845-1928) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
He was nominated by President Grover Cleveland on February 19, 1895. He was confirmed by the Senate on February 22, 1895, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on December 10, 1928.[1]

Ross was nominated by Grover Cleveland on December 16, 1886, to a new seat authorized by 24 Stat. 308. Ross was confirmed by the Senate on January 13, 1887, and received commission on January 13, 1887. Service was terminated on March 5, 1895, due to appointment to another judicial position.
Ninth Circuit
Ross was nominated by Grover Cleveland on February 19, 1895, to a new seat authorized by 28 Stat. 665. Ross was confirmed by the Senate on February 22, 1895, and received commission on February 22, 1895. Service was terminated on December 31, 1911, due to abolition of the court.

Ross was nominated by Grover Cleveland on February 19, 1895, to a new seat authorized by 28 Stat. 665. Ross was confirmed by the Senate on February 22, 1895, and received commission on February 22, 1895 and assumed senior status on May 31, 1925.
