An Estacada City Sewer Rate Increase measure was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Clackamas County, which is in Oregon, where it was approved.

This measure authorized the City of Estacada to raise sewer rates from $29.35 per month per unit to $32.20 per month per unit in order to pay a loan of approximately $650,000 used to fund the improvements necessary to make the City sewer system in accord with the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit limits.[1]
