Esteban Hernandez was a judge of the Superior Court of San Diego County in California. He left office on January 4, 2021.

Hernandez filed for re-election in 2014, but due to facing no opposition, was automatically elected to a new term that expired in 2021.[1]

Hernandez earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California in Santa Barbara and his J.D. from the University of California - Boalt Hall.[2]

Hernandez was a judge of the Superior Court of San Diego County in California. He was appointed to the court in 2000.[2]
