Etha McDowell
Etha McDowell ran for judge on the Chester County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.
2011 election
McDowell ran for an open seat on the Chester County Court of Common Pleas. She withdrew from the race after having won the Democratic primary. She received 31.4 percent of the vote in the Democratic primary.[1] She has only filed with the Democratic party.[2]
