Ethan Harsell is seeking a house seat in the North Dakota state legislature in District 43. Ethan is a student at UND and is studying UAS (unmanned aerial systems) and minoring in Political Science. Harsell graduated from Grand Forks Central High School in 2019. If elected to a full term, he intends to focus on policies that support important Grand Forks industries, keeping low taxes and mental health. Independents and Democrats looking at my survey I really hope that's the case—you're welcome here. Without you, we can not change the course of how this we look at mental health, our economy and education. We need your help in a crusade to solve the issues facing North Dakota.

there is they (soviets) like to tell stories about us and their people in arguments about the two countries. And this was an argument in which the American, trying to prove how great this country is, said, "Look, I can walk into the President's Oval Office. I can pound the desk and say, 'Mr. President, I don't like the way you're running our country.'" And the Russian said, "I can do that." He said, "You can?" He said, "Yes. I can walk into the Kremlin to the General Secretary's office. I can pound on his desk and say, `Mr. General Secretary, I don't like the way President Reagan's running his country."
