As a father of four, a small business owner, and the chairman of the St. Francois County Libertarian Party, I've been deeply involved in our community. However, it was a pivotal moment when the current representative of District 116 proposed House Bill 1809, granting police intrusive powers that infringed on our Fourth Amendment rights. This blatant violation of property rights and personal liberties became my catalyst for action.

I stand for the fundamental rights of individuals, including property rights and parental rights. I believe in decentralizing government power, defending the guard, and advocating for a free market economy.

My platform is clear: no victim, no crime; oppose government tyranny and taxation without representation; and prioritize meaningful spending over wasteful endeavors. I reject eminent domain, victimless crime laws, and mass surveillance, advocating instead for policies that enhance personal freedom and economic prosperity.

My mission is to serve the people of Missouri, to alleviate the burdens imposed by unnecessary government intervention, and to ensure that every Missourian can thrive without fear of government overreach. Let's work together to build a brighter future for our families and communities.
  • Protecting property rights from tyrant politicians who wish to search your property over municipal ordiance violations. Opposing eminent domain, protecting the property of citizens from seizure from failure to pay Govenrment extortion fees ( property taxes).
  • Decentralizing Government power and opposing Government tyranny.
  • Advocating for policies that enhance personal freedom and limit Government over reach.
Fighting unjust taxes. I do not believe anyone should go to prison for failure to pay taxes or be forced to pay a tax they disagree with. I am also passionate about protecting property rights and easing the economic burden place on Missouri families caused by extreme Government over reach.
I look up to Murray Rothbard, Ron Paul, Michael Rectenwald, Ludwig Von Mises. These are all great Liberty minded men.
Compassion, common sense, understanding, Integrity, honesty, critical thinking skills.
I am a successful leader in my professional and personal life. I have a mindset for buisness and can make quick decisions in critical moments. I have compassion and actually care for others. Most important is I don't pretend to know the struggle or to represent people who I cant actually relate to like most politicians, I live in the struggle like the rest of normal Americans.
Politicians fail to realize they work for the people. Bottom line a State Representative REPRESENTS. You are the voice of the people. It is not about what you want or your needs but about the people. A Representative should take the time to understand the issues of people in the community and to work with the community to find solutions that can be presented in Jefferson City.
Forget my name if you wish but never forget the message of individual liberties and the importance of keeping your Government in check.
Waco. I will never forget sitting next to my parents as a little boy watching extreme Government over reach on innocent American Citizens.
When I was 8 I started collecting baseballs that were hit over the fence at the local ball field and sold them back to the park. I have always had a mind for buisness. I did this for several summers. My first job however where the Government was able to extort my pay check was at 15 as a bus boy in a BBQ restraunt.
For a New Liberty by Murray Rothbard. This book clearly explains everything you need to know about my stances.
Something in the Orange by Zach Bryan
Providing for a family of 6 in today's economy.
The same relationship as the people to the legislature. The Governor should hear their concerns as the concerns ideally should come from the people.
Yes, I heard a story about the City of Farmington arresting a woman for late Library fines and a story about the current Representative of 116 attempting to pass laws that allow search warrants over municpal violations. I'd say the extreme over reach of Government over petty municpal violations has been very impactful on my decision to run for Office
The Government spent your tax money wisely.
What if the emergency becomes the Government?

Never forget COVID 19 and the unjust lockdowns.
End property taxes for disabled veterans and elderly people on fixed incomes.
Michael Rectenwald, Candadite for President of the Libertarian party.
Corrections Committee
Tax Committee
The Government should not be exempt from the laws they enforce on the people and every dollar spent should be counted for and available for people to view. We have the right to know where the money they stole is going.
Usually if the Government wants to change something it's because they need more power.
