Ethan Manning (Republican Party) is a member of the Indiana House of Representatives, representing District 23. He assumed office on November 7, 2018. His current term ends on November 4, 2026.

Biography
Ethan Manning was born in Peru, and he was raised near Macy, Indiana on his family farm. He graduated from North Miami High School in 2010, and he went on to B.S. in business management from Western Governors University. His work experience includes being a broker and auctioneer for Carriger Oldfather Realty, owner of his family farm Manning Cattle Company, managing Manning Auctions, and owning and managing residential properties. Manning also served on the Miami County Council, where he was also elected as president of the council. In 2015, he was appointed to the Indiana State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers, where he also served as president in 2018. [1]
