Ethics Committee, Utah House of Representatives
The Ethics Committee is a standing committee of the Utah House of Representatives.
Per the Joint Rules, the House Ethics Committee is made up of a chair and three additional members appointed the Speaker of the House and a vice-chair and three additional members appointed by the House Minority Leader. Members are appointed for a two-year term. A quorum is defined as a majority of the committee's members.[1]
