Ethna M. Cooper
Ethna M. Cooper (Republican Party) was a judge of the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas General Division in Ohio. She assumed office in 2003. She left office on February 11, 2021.
Cooper (Nonpartisan, Republican Party) ran for re-election for judge of the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas General Division in Ohio. Cooper lost in the general election on November 3, 2020. She advanced from the Republican primary on April 28, 2020.
Cooper was appointed to the court by former Governor Bob Taft in April 2003.[1]
Biography
Education
Cooper received her undergraduate degree in economics and government from Smith College in 1977 and her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame in 1980. Cooper also completed the Instructional Program for Lawyer's Mediation Training from Harvard Law School in 1997.[2]
