Ethyle Noel was a 2014 candidate for the 14th Judicial Circuit, which presides over Bourbon, Scott, and Woodford counties of Kentucky.[1]

General: She was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 27.8 percent of the vote. She competed against Paul F. Isaacs.
