Eugene F. Lynch (1931-present) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

Lynch was nominated by President Ronald Reagan on January 25, 1982, to a seat vacated by Charles B. Renfrew; he was confirmed by the Senate on March 4, 1982, and received commission on March 9, 1982. He assumed senior status on March 14, 1997. He served the Northern District of California until his retirement on July 12, 1997. Lynch was succeeded in this position by Martin J. Jenkins.
