Eugene M. Benton is a judge of the Alcovy Circuit of Georgia.[1]
Career
Prior to taking the bench for the Alcovy Circuit, Benton was a private practice attorney for 23 years, part of which was with the firm Benton & Preston (Now Preston and Malcom).[2][3]
2012 election
Benton is running unopposed for re-election to his seat on the Alcovy Superior Court.[4] He was re-elected after receiving 99.7 percent of the vote in the July 31 election.[5]
