Eugene Miller was a nonpartisan candidate for Ward 10 representative on the Cleveland City Council in Ohio. Miller was defeated in the general election on November 7, 2017.

Miller served on the Cleveland City Council from 2009 to 2013 and in the Ohio House of Representatives from 2007 to 2009.[1]

Miller was a 2014 Democratic candidate for District 10 of the Ohio House of Representatives.

Miller earned his B.A. in Sociology from Baldwin Wallace College. His professional experience includes working as the proprietor of Miller Mosely Company.[2]

Elections for the Ohio House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on May 6, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was February 5, 2014. Incumbent Bill Patmon defeated Eugene Miller in the Democratic primary. Edward Hudson-Bey (I) withdrew from the race before the primary. Robert M. Kilo, Danielle Shepherd and Miesha Strickland ran as Independent candidates. Patmon defeated Kilo, Shepherd and Strickland in the general election.[6]
