Eugene P. Spellman (1930-1991) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Spellman was nominated by President Jimmy Carter on July 21, 1979, to a new seat created by 92 Stat. 1629; he was confirmed by the Senate on October 4, 1979, and received commission the next day. He served until his death on May 4, 1991. Spellman was succeeded in this position by Kevin M. Moore.
