Euketa Oliver is a judge of the Superior Court of San Diego County in California. Oliver assumed office in 2021. Oliver's current term ends on January 8, 2029.
Oliver won re-election for judge of the Superior Court of San Diego County in California outright in the primary on June 7, 2022, after the primary and general election were canceled.
Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) appointed Oliver to the court on July 9, 2021, to replace K. Michael Kirkman. Although California Superior Court judges are elected in nonpartisan elections, a press release from Gov. Newsom's office announcing Oliver's appointment identified her as a Democrat.[1]
