Sunshine Review contributors conducted a study of Delaware school district websites from 2010 to 2013.

The ten largest school districts were rated in 2012: Christina School District, Red Clay Consolidated School District, Brandywine School District, Colonial School District, Indian River School District, Caesar Rodney School District, Appoquinimink School District, Capital School District, Cape Henlopen School District, and Milford School District. The school districts averaged a "C" website transparency grade.
