Sunshine Review contributors conducted a study of Nebraska school district websites from 2010 to 2013.
They researched to determine what type of information is available to the general public on these websites. The following page provides a snapshot of what they learned in the course of this research.

2012
In August 2012, Sunshine Review evaluated the 10 largest school districts in Nebraska: Omaha Public Schools, Lincoln Public Schools, Millard Public Schools, Bellevue Public Schools, Papillion-La Vista Public Schools, Grand Island Public Schools, Westside Community Schools, Kearney Public Schools, Fremont Public Schools, and North Platte Public Schools. These districts averaged a "D" website transparency grade, the details which are documented in the chart below.
