Conclusions chart

2012

In May 2012, Sunshine Review evaluated the 11 most populous school districts for website transparency. Eleven districts were evaluated instead of regular 10 because Memphis School District was merged with Shelby in 2013-2014. The average grade for the school district websites was a "C-" at 51.5 percent.
