Sunshine Review contributors conducted a study of West Virginia school district websites from 2010 to 2013.

They researched to determine what type of information is available to the general public on these websites. The following page provides a snapshot of what they learned in the course of this research.

Conclusions chart

2012

In July of 2012, Sunshine Review reviewed the largest ten school districts in West Virginia: Kanawha County Schools, Wood County Schools, Berkeley County Schools, Cabell County Schools, Raleigh County Schools, Harrison County Schools, Monongalia County Schools, Mercer County Schools, Putnam County Schools, and Marion County Schools. These schools averaged a failing grade.
