Evelyn Omega Cannon
Evelyn Omega Cannon was an associate judge on the Eighth Circuit Court for Baltimore City in Maryland. She served as a judge on the court from December 6, 1996 until her retirement on December 3, 2012.[1]
Education
Cannon received her undergraduate degree in history from the University of New Orleans in 1971, her J.D. from the Duke University School of Law in 1974, and her LL.M. from the Duke University School of Law in 1976.[1]
