Everett Smith is an acting member of the Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority. Smith assumed office on January 1, 2026.
Ned Lamont (D) appointed Smith to the Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority on October 10, 2025, to replace Michael Caron (Nonpartisan).[1]
