- Approach public safety decisions with data, collaboration, and fiscal responsibility

Allen County’s future depends on a strong economy and a community where families and businesses want to put down roots. Sustained growth requires attracting new employers, supporting the businesses already here, and creating a quality of place that draws talent, investment, and opportunity.
As County Commissioner, Ewelina Connolly will:
- Champion a pro business environment that encourages job creation and innovation
- Partner with local and regional economic development leaders to attract new employers while strengthening existing businesses
