Ezra Friedlander
Ezra H. Friedlander was a judge on the Indiana Court of Appeals for the Second District. He was appointed to the court by former Democratic Governor Evan Bayh and assumed office on January 7, 1993. Friedlander was retained by voters in 1996 and 2006.[1] He retired from the court on August 31, 2015.[2]
Education
Friedlander received his B.A. from Indiana University in 1962 and his J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law in 1965.[1]
Career
Friedlander practiced law for 27 years before becoming an appellate judge. His focus was in the area of civil law, but he also served as a deputy prosecutor and as corporate counsel to the Indiana Secretary of State’s Office.[1]
