F. Keith Brown
F. Keith Brown was a judge for the Sixteenth Circuit Court in Illinois.[1] He was elected to this position in 1996, and his retirement took effect on July 5, 2014.[2][3]
Education
Brown received his undergraduate degree in economics from Drake University in 1978 and his J.D. degree from the Drake University Law School in 1981.[2]
