F. Michael Higginbotham

F. Michael Higginbotham (Democratic Party) ran in a special election to the U.S. House to represent Maryland's 7th Congressional District. He lost in the special Democratic primary on February 4, 2020.

Higginbotham also ran for election to the U.S. House to represent Maryland's 7th Congressional District. He did not appear on the ballot for the Democratic primary on June 2, 2020.

Biography

Higginbotham earned a bachelor's degree from Brown University and law degrees from Yale University and Cambridge University. He became a constitutional law professor in 1988 at the University of Baltimore School of Law.^[1]
