F. Michael Meersman is a former resident judge of the Fourteenth Circuit Court of Illinois. He served in Rock Island.[1][2] He retired on November 30, 2015.[3]
Education
Meersman earned a B.B.A. (Bachlor of Business Administration) from the University of Miami, going on to receive his J.D. from the John Marshall Law School. He was admitted to the bar in 1982.[4]
