F. Randall Kline was a magistrate judge for the Third Judicial District in Idaho. He was appointed on March 22, 2013, and took office on May 1, 2013.[1] He was retained in 2014.[2] Kline retired effective July 1, 2018.[3]

Kline was retained to the 3rd District Court, Canyon County magistrate seat with 80.3 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [2]

Kline received his undergraduate degree from Idaho State University and his law degree from the University of Idaho College of Law.[1]
