The question on the ballot:

Shall the municipality of Fair Grove, Missouri, continue to impose a sales tax of one-half of one percent for a period of fifteen years for the purpose of funding capital improvements, their operation and maintenance, which may include retirement of debt under previously authorized bonded indebtedness?[3]
