Education

Maughan received both her B.A. and J.D. from Washburn University.[1]

Career

Prior to her appointment to the Eighteenth Judicial District, Maughan was city judge for Colwich and prosecutor for the towns of Maize and Park City.[2] She also practiced privately with her husband at the firm Maughan & Maughan, LC.[3]
