Recall supporters

Recall supporters cite groundwater flooding into the community as one reason for the recall petition against the metro board members. Further, some recall supporters claim that there is a conflict of interest between some members of the metro board and community developer Challenger Homes. Both Ganaway and Schuhmacher were employees of Challenger Homes at the time of the recall campaign. Recall supporters have expressed concern that Challenger Homes' plan to construct new homes in the district would exacerbate existing water issues.[1]

Recall opponents

As of June 2024, Ballotpedia has not identified a response from Ganaway, Schuhmacher, or Dickey.
