A Falcon School District Bond Measures was on the November 1, 2011 ballot in the Falcon school district area which is in El Paso County.
This measure was defeated
- YES 3,554 (27.36%)
- NO 8,796 (67.64%)

This measure sought to issue a bond in the amount of $85 million in order to pay for construction of a new elementary school, remodel the middle and high school facilities and make improvements to technology throughout the district as needed.[2]
School officials noted that with increased student enrollment, over crowding has become a pressing issue and the bond would go towards alleviating that problem. If approved, the local taxes would have been increased by $1.50 per $100,000 of assessed property value. Currently the schools use modular building to deal with overcrowding, with the new buildings these would have no longer been needed.[3]
