Jetton earned a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 2006.[2]

Jetton's wife replaces him in legislature while deployed (2023)
On June 28, 2023, Fanny Jetton, the wife of Rep. Jacey Jetton, was sworn in to replace him as the District 26 representative in the Texas House. Fanny was named as the temporary acting representative after Jacey was called to active military duty. Jacey's absence was expected to last four months, he wrote in an op-ed, as he again attended basic combat training and artillery school in Fort Still, Oklahoma.[3][4]
