Farley D. Toothman was a judge of Greene County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. Toothman was sworn in on July 10, 2009, after being nominated by Governor Ed Rendell.[1] He resigned from the court effective January 4, 2021.[2]

2011 election

Toothman won both parties' primaries on May 17. He received 64.9 percent in the Democratic primary and 66.7 percent of the vote in the Republican primary.[3] He was elected after running unopposed in the general election November 8.[4]

Education

Toothman earned his undergraduate degree from Waynesburg College in 1982. He earned his J.D. from Duquesne University Law School in 1986.[5]

Professional career

Following his admission to the bar Toothman worked in private practice at Toothman & Toothman Law, Wbg until 1996. In 1996 Toothman was elected as Elected Greene Co-Commissioner. In 2003, Toothman once again entered private practice, founding Toothman Law Office. During this time he also served as County Solicitor for Greene Waynesburg, Greensboro Boroughs Greene, and Freeport Townships. In 2009 Toothman was appointed to the Greene County Court of Common Pleas.[5]
