| “ | Shall the bonds of the Farmington Area Public Library District, Peoria and Fulton Counties, Illinois, in the amount of $700,000 be issued for the purpose of building a new library building, constructing site improvements, furnishing necessary equipment and acquiring library materials and electronic data storage and retrieval facilities in connection therewith?[2] | ” |
