Farmington Town Levy Implementation, 3 (February 2010)
There were three Farmington Town Levy Implementation measures on the February 9 ballot in Whitman County for voters in the town of Farmington.
All three measures were approved

- NO 24 (47.06%)[1]
The first measure sought to implement a levy the will fund the street maintenance program. The levy will be in place for a year and will be at a rate of $2.03 per $1,000 of assessed value.
The second measure sought to implement a levy that will be used for the current expense fund. The levy will be in place for a year and will be at a rate of $2.54 per $1,000 of assessed value.
The third measure sought to implement levy that will be used to fund the special equipment fund. The levy will be in place for a year and will be at a rate of $.85 per $1,000 of assessed value.[2]
