Father seeks to collect $325,000 from former state trooper

Nebraska: The Nebraska Supreme Court has decided to hear a case involving a father's attempt to collect $325,000 from a former state trooper in prison for up to 30 years for the sexual assault of a girl.

The Nebraska Supreme Court has not set a date for the case.[1]
