Faye V. Harrison is an American legal scholar and professor. As of June 2022, she was a professor of African American studies and anthropology at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, as well as the Faculty Affiliate with the Program on Women & Gender in Global Perspectives, the Center for African Studies, and the Center for Latin American & Caribbean Studies. According to her faculty page on the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign's website, Harrison's areas of interest include African diaspora and transnational connections, intellectual history of African American studies, politics and public policy, social and behavioral studies, and women and gender.[1]
