A Fayette Village Parks Tax Levy Replacement question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Fulton County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.
This question authorized the village of Fayette to impose a replacement property tax levy of 2 mills ($2 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund park and recreation.[1]
