A Fearing Township Roads Levy Replacement question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Washington County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.
This question authorized the Township of Fearing to impose a replacement property tax levy of up to 1 mill ($1 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund the maintenance and construction of roads and bridges.[1]

Language on the ballot:
| “ | A replacement of a tax for the benefit of Fearing Township for the purpose of ROADS AND BRIDGES at a rate not exceeding one (1) mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to ten cents ($0.10) for each one hundred dollars in valuation, for a period of five (5) years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.
