Federal judge from Minnesota dismisses ex-judge's bid for reinstatement
March 3, 2010
Arkansas: Judge James Rosenbaum, of the U.S. District Court of Minnesota, has dismissed the lawsuit filed by former judge Willard Proctor who sought to be reinstated to his former position in order to file for re-election. Rosenbaum was asked to hear the case because all federal judges in the Eastern District of Arkansas had recused themselves from it.[1]
