Biography
Garcia was born in Hermosillo, Mexico. He came to Arizona at a young age as a youth pastor. He studied theology at the Vosom Bible School. Felix's professional experience includes serving as an ordained minister of the Pentecostal Church and owning a small real estate investment and construction business.[1]

The city of Phoenix, Arizona, held elections for mayor and city council on August 25, 2015.
