A Fenton Township Mosquito Control Assessment Imposition proposal was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Genesee County, which is in Michigan where it was approved.

This proposal authorized the Township of Fenton to establish that any parcel of real estate in the Township on which there is a dwelling or commercial building be assessed the sum of up to $30 per year for every commercial building and dwelling unit.[1]
