Fern Flanagan Saddler
Fern Flanagan Saddler is an associate judge for the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. She was appointed to the court by President George W. Bush in 2003.[1]

Saddler received her undergraduate degree from Wellesley College in 1976 and her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 1979.[1]
