Fernando Martinez (Texas)
Fernando Martinez was a candidate for Position 4 representative on the Port of Seattle Commission in Washington. Martinez was defeated in the primary election on August 1, 2017.
Biography
Martinez earned his B.S. from the University of Texas at El Paso. He later received his MBA from the University of Phoenix. Martinez is the president of the Northwest Mountain Minority Supplier Development Council.[1]
