Fernando Valle is a judge of the Superior Court of Orange County in California. He assumed office on March 14, 2022. His current term ends on January 6, 2031.
Valle won re-election for judge of the Superior Court of Orange County in California outright in the primary on March 5, 2024, after the primary and general election were canceled.
He was appointed to the court on March 14, 2022, by Gavin Newsom (D) to replace Gary L. Moorhead.[1]
Biography
Before assuming office, Valle was senior deputy public defender at the Orange County Public Defender’s Office, where he had served in several roles within the office since 2004. He was also an intern at the Sacramento County Public Defender’s Office from 2003 to 2004. Valle received his J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law.[1]
