Ferndale City Public Library Bond Measure (April 2013)

A Ferndale City Public Library Bond measure was approved on the April 23, 2013, election ballot in Whatcom County, which is in Washington.
This measure authorized the Ferndale City to increase its debt by $550,000 through issuing general obligation bonds in that amount and levying excess property taxes to repay these bonds in order to fund the construction of a new Ferndale City Public Library.[1]
This measure requires a 3/5ths (60%) super-majority for approval.
