Fidenzio "Bruno" Brunello
Fidenzio "Bruno" Brunello was an at-large member of the Santa Maria-Bonita Elementary Board of Education in California. Brunello was elected to the board in 2000 and served until his death on May 14, 2016.[1]
Biography
Brunello had a master's degree in administration. He served as a teacher, principal, and administrator. In 1972 he was nominated for state teacher of the year. Brunello was a teacher at Brandman University. He also taught at Cal Poly and Chapman University.[2]

The election in Santa Maria-Bonita Elementary featured two seats up for general election on November 4, 2014. There was no primary election.
Two at-large incumbents, Fidenzio "Bruno" Brunello and William "Will" Smith, were up for re-election. Brunello and newcomer Ricky Lara defeated Smith and Janeen Miller to win the two available seats.
