Finalists named for Boehm vacancy

Indiana: The thirty-four candidates to fill the upcoming vacancy on the Indiana Supreme Court has been narrowed to nine semifinalists. They are:

  • Ellen E. Boshkoff, a partner at a private firm in Indianapolis,
  • Kiply S. Drew, associate general counsel at Indiana University,
  • Thomas Fisher, the Solicitor General of Indiana,
  • Karl L. Mulvaney, a lawyer with a private firm in Indianapolis,
