Finalists named for Boehm vacancy

Indiana: The thirty-four candidates to fill the upcoming vacancy on the Indiana Supreme Court has been narrowed to nine semifinalists. They are:
- Ellen E. Boshkoff, a partner at a private firm in Indianapolis,
- Steve David, a judge on the Boone County Indiana Circuit Courts,
- Kiply S. Drew, associate general counsel at Indiana University,
- Cynthia S. Emkes, a Johnson County Superior Court judge,
- Thomas Fisher, the Solicitor General of Indiana,
- Robyn L. Moberly, a Marion County Superior Court judge,
- Karl L. Mulvaney, a lawyer with a private firm in Indianapolis,
- Steven R. Nation, a Hamilton County Superior Court judge, and
- Brent E. Steele, a State Senator and attorney in private practice.[1]
