Finis Luther Dailey III
Finis Luther Dailey III (Nonpartisan) was a 2019 candidate for Nashville Metro Council in Tennessee. He withdrew from the election but remained on the general election ballot. After his withdrawal, Dailey endorsed Councilman Jonathan Hall in the race.[1]
