Fire Departments and Emergency Medical Services Committee, West Virginia House of Delegates
The Fire Departments and Emergency Medical Services Committee is a standing committee of the West Virginia House of Delegates.
Per the House Rules, West Virginia House of Delegates committees are assigned by the Speaker of the House, unless the House orders otherwise. The Speaker must designate a chair for all standing committees and may also designate a vice chair. Additionally, the Speaker serves as an ex officio voting member and chair of the Rules Committee. A majority of committee members constitutes a quorum.[1]
